AeroShakti

Waste to Green Energy

Turn waste into renewable energy

AeroShakti collects the organic waste your operation already produces and converts it, on site or nearby, into clean biogas and nutrient-rich biofertiliser. Less landfill, lower energy bills, and documented, auditable records for every load.

Why operators choose us

Organic waste is worth more than it costs you

Most organisations pay twice for organic waste: once to transport it away, and again in the energy they buy to replace what they threw out. Anaerobic digestion closes that loop.

Sustainability impact

Every tonne of wet waste diverted from landfill avoids uncontrolled methane release, the fastest lever available on near-term warming.

Cost savings and new revenue

Biogas offsets purchased fuel at the point of use, while digestate becomes a saleable biofertiliser rather than a disposal problem.

Regulatory compliance

Bulk waste generators must increasingly process organic waste at source. We build the plant and the paperwork that proves it.

What we do

Six services, one continuous system

We are not a waste transporter that also sells equipment. Collection, digestion, gas handling and by-product supply are engineered as a single chain, because a break anywhere in it shows up as lost gas.

Scheduled collection from your site, segregated at source and taken to a nearby plant.

High-volume collection for hotels, hospitals, food manufacturers and municipal markets.

We design, build, commission and run an on-site plant as a single scope.

Cured digestate returned to farmland as nutrient-rich biofertiliser.

Run a full collection cycle at your site before committing to anything.

Estimate your annual waste, energy, biogas and carbon avoided in thirty seconds.

Who we serve

Built for whoever generates the waste

A hotel kitchen and a sugar mill produce very different feedstock at very different volumes. The digestion chemistry is shared, almost nothing else is.

How it works

Collect. Process. Convert. Deliver.

Four moves, repeated daily. The engineering sits in making each handoff lossless.

STEP 01

Waste collection

Organic waste is collected from municipalities, farms, industries and residential communities on a scheduled basis, weighed and logged at source.

STEP 02

Processing and preparation

Screening, shredding and slurry preparation bring every intake to a consistent solids ratio before it reaches the digester.

STEP 03

Anaerobic conversion

Sealed anaerobic digestion at controlled temperature for 18 to 30 days, instrumented and monitored throughout.

STEP 04

Gas and biofertiliser delivery

Upgraded gas is metered and piped to load, while the digestate is separated and cured into nutrient-rich biofertiliser.
Our climate commitment
2070

We are working to India’s 2070 net-zero deadline

Biogas is one of the few decarbonisation routes that pays for itself before the deadline arrives. We publish a roadmap, hold ourselves to interim milestones, and report against them every year.

Who we are

An engineering company that happens to work in waste

AeroShakti was founded in 2018. In 2020 we commissioned Mumbai’s first municipal organic waste-to-energy plant, and every plant we have built since follows what that site taught us: feedstock discipline matters more than tank size.

Get started

Ready to transform your waste? Reach us today.

Tell us roughly how much organic waste you generate and where. We come back with an indicative plant size, output estimate and payback window within three working days, with no obligation.

What we will ask for: approximate waste volume per day, the area you can set aside, and what power and water are available on site. Nothing else is needed to start.
