Twelve years of turning a disposal cost into an energy asset
We are an organic waste management company with a process engineering core: 84 people across design, construction, laboratory and field operations, running 63 plants in seven states.
It began behind a vegetable market
In 2014 our founders were consulting on a municipal landfill expansion and kept returning to the same number: more than half of what was being buried was wet, biodegradable and, in energy terms, valuable. The expansion was approved anyway.
So they built a 500 kg per day digester behind a wholesale vegetable market instead. It ran badly for four months: too much contamination, the wrong carbon to nitrogen ratio, and an operator who had never been trained. Fixing it taught us the lesson the business is now built on. A biogas plant fails at the bin, not at the tank.
Everything downstream of that, our segregation protocols, the feedstock laboratory, and the decision to run our own operations rather than hand over a manual and leave, came from that first year.
Milestones
First 500 kg per day pilot digester commissioned behind a wholesale market. One plant, three staff.
First municipal contract: nine ward-level decentralised units and a shared upgrading skid.
In-house feedstock and digestate laboratory opened, remote telemetry rolled out to every site.
60 TPD industrial installation commissioned, our largest single plant and the sixtieth overall.
Our mission
To make on-site anaerobic digestion the default answer to organic waste in India: technically sound, commercially obvious, and operable by the people who already work at the site.
That means designing for the operator, not the brochure. Fewer failure points, parts that can be sourced locally, and training that assumes no prior process experience.
Our vision
A country where organic waste never reaches a landfill, because the energy inside it is worth more where it was created than the cost of hauling it away.
If we do our job, biogas stops being a subsidy story and becomes an infrastructure one: the boring, reliable layer under every kitchen, campus, mandi and mill.
